How would you describe your photography style?
My approach to photography is all about capturing raw emotions, meaningful details, and those perfectly imperfect moments that make your story unique. With a blend of cinematic and documentary styles, I guide you naturally while keeping everything authentic. My editing stays true to natural colors with a subtle film-like feel, and intimate close-ups that preserve the meaningful details. My goal is to help you stay present, focusing on your connection and almost forgetting the camera is there.
When is the best time for a photoshoot?
I recommend scheduling your photoshoot at least 3 hours before sunset or at sunrise. Sunset sessions are my absolute favorite! Starting just before sunset allows us to capture that gorgeous, soft golden light, creating dreamy photos with beautiful skin tones. I understand that this time of day may not always be ideal for kids, especially if it’s close to their bedtime. To help them stay in a good mood, consider planning a calm day, scheduling a later nap, and providing a balanced diet without too much sugar.
Do you travel for Sessions?
Absolutely! The location is so important for creating unique and personal photos. Whether it’s your home, a beautiful outdoor spot, or any place that’s special to you, I’m happy to travel. Please note, a travel fee may apply depending on the location.
How long does it take to receive the final edited photos?
You’ll receive your final online gallery within 2-3 business weeks during the slower season (January to April) and within 3-4 business weeks during the busy season (May to December). However, I always strive to finish your photos as quickly as possible. If you need your photos sooner than the standard turnaround time, please let me know in advance so I can confirm availability.
I’m a little camera-shy—how do you handle that?
You don’t need to know how to pose or look "camera-ready" to create meaningful photos. I’m not after perfect angles or staged moments—I’m here to capture the real, honest connection between you and your loved ones. All I need is your authentic self, your closeness, and your unique bond. Just show up, be present, and embrace the moment together.
Can we incorporate our daily routines or hobbies into the photoshoot?
YES Please! This is exactly why you should hire me—to capture those glimpses of everyday life that mean so much. Whether it's in your backyard, going to the beach with kites, or decorating the Christmas tree in your living room, I want to document all the real, unscripted moments. The possibilities are endless—the sky’s the limit when it comes to celebrating your unique, beautiful life.
